If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days of your delivery date, we will take back the product and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resalable.

Our Customer Support team will send you a return email with a instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all-packing material, manuals, fixtures and fittings. We will issue a full refund for any item that meets these conditions.
For your protection, please use Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is approved as result of our error. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual freight bills can be provided when necessary.)
Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping, including rejected shipments.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS:
Credit cards are debited before items are shipped. Cheque orders will be shipped after the funds have cleared.
Although we are ultimately responsible for the delivery of your order, we have to rely on the services of Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Whilst we would not want them to make any mistakes, we cannot be held responsible for any individual actions of Royal Mail postmen or Parcel Force drivers. If there is any reason to complain about them, please contact individual companies directly. Our aim is to make sure that your order leaves our warehouse in the most efficient manner. We utilise the most reliable services for despatch of your order but cannot be held responsible for them.
CHANGES IN TERMS:
Ilux Europe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Ilux Europe web site.
